Salmon Cubes with Sesame Crust

If you are training or trying to watch your figure, these lettuce tacos with salmon cubes are for you, as they are low in calories, full of Omega3, and will energize you all day long.

  • 4 salmon fillet, fresh (150g each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds, white
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds, black
  • 1 manzano chile, without tail, for the dip
  • 1 clove garlic, small, for the dip
  • 1/2 cups Hellmann’s® homestyle mayonnaise , for the dip

  • Cut the salmon fillets into medium cubes and combine them with olive oil and the two types of sesame seeds.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet and cook the salmon, mixing carefully to avoid breaking it. Set aside.
  • For the dip, on a griddle, roast the manzano chili with the garlic clove. Transfer to a molcajete and form a coarse puree, or mash with a fork.
  • Mix the previous puree with Hellmann's® Casera.
  • Serve the dip accompanied by the salmon cubes.
