If you are training or trying to take care of your figure, these lettuce cubes with salmon cubes are for you, since in addition to being low in calories they are full of Omega3 and they will fill you with energy all day long.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 salmon fillets, fresh (150g each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds, White
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds, black
  • 1 Chile Apple, without tail, for the dip
  • 1 clove garlic, small, for the dip
  • 1/2 cups Mayonnaise Hellmann's® Home Recipe, for the dip

Preparation

Cut the salmon fillets into medium cubes and combine them with the olive oil and the two types of sesame seeds.
Heat a Teflon pan and cook the salmon carefully mixing to prevent breakage. Reserve.
For the dip, in a comal, tate the apple-tree chili with the clove of garlic. Pass to a molcajete and form a thick puree, or crush with a fork.
Mix the previous puree with Hellmann's® Homemade.
Serve the dip accompanied by the cubes of salmon.

TIPS

Add sautéed red and yellow peppers to this recipe; Use the filling to prepare some delicious French lettuce leaf tacos.
