Salmon in Shrimp Sauce

Delicious recipe for a special occasion, I made it on February 24 for my husband and my friends, and they loved it. Very tasty with a lot of flavor, everyone will love it, just wait and see.

  • 1 kilo salmon, with skin on
  • 1 kilo shrimp
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 potato
  • 1 can tomato purée
  • olive oil

  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C for 10 minutes
  • Remove the skin from the salmon and set aside, peel the shrimp heads and shells and reserve for later.
  • In a pot, heat oil and fry the onion with the skin, the heads, and the shells of the shrimp until cooked.
  • Then add the carrot, potato, and tomato puree.
  • Add a cup of water and let everything cook and season.
  • Once everything is cooked, put it all in the processor, strain it, and fry it.
  • Season the salmon and fry it with a little oil for 5 minutes on each side, then put it in the oven for 10 minutes.
  • Heat a little olive oil and fry the shrimp with salt and pepper.
  • Serve the sauce hot and place the salmon with shrimp on top.
