Salmon in Shrimp Sauce

1 kilo salmon, with skin on
1 kilo shrimp
1 onion
2 carrots
1 potato
1 can tomato purée
olive oil
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 °C for 10 minutes
Remove the skin from the salmon and set aside, peel the shrimp heads and shells and reserve for later.
In a pot, heat oil and fry the onion with the skin, the heads, and the shells of the shrimp until cooked.
Then add the carrot, potato, and tomato puree.
Add a cup of water and let everything cook and season.
Once everything is cooked, put it all in the processor, strain it, and fry it.
Season the salmon and fry it with a little oil for 5 minutes on each side, then put it in the oven for 10 minutes.
Heat a little olive oil and fry the shrimp with salt and pepper.
Serve the sauce hot and place the salmon with shrimp on top.
