Delicious recipe for a special occasion, I made it on February 24 for my husband and my friends, and they loved it. Very rich with a lot of flavor, everyone will love it and they will see it.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 kilo Salmon, with everything and skin
  • 1 kilo shrimp
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 potato
  • 1 can mashed tomatoes
  • olive oils

Preparation

Preheat oven to 180 ° C for 10 minutes
Remove the salmon skin and save, peel the shrimp heads and shell and reserve for more after a while.
Put oil in a pan and fry the onion with the skin, heads and shrimp shells until cooked.
Then put the carrot, potato and tomato puree.
Put a cup of water and let it be everything and season.
Once cooked, everything is put into the processor and squeezed and fried.
Season the salmon and fry it with little oil for 5 minutes on each side, then put it in the oven for 10 minutes.
Heat little olive oil and fry the shrimp with salt and pepper.
Serve the hot sauce and over the salmon with shrimp.

Yo le agregué algo de chile piquín y ajo a la preparación de la salsa para que en realidad fuera salsa, quedo deliciosa

Hola Jaine, lo puedes sazonar con sal, pimienta y un poco de eneldo quedara delicioso, en cuanto al tiempo de precalentar el horno es a 180 °C por 10 minutos. Saludos :D

dudas hola disculpenme si no le entienden no soy una experta en estas cosas yo solamente sazone con sal y pimienta y el horno lo precalente como 20 min antes

duda!!! que tipo de sazonador le pongo o sea solo sal y pimienta o hierbas de olor me indicas x fa suena rico y no pusiste cuanto tiempo tiene q precalentarse el horno para meter el salmon indicaste solamente 10 min
