2 salmon, in medallions
2 oranges
95 grams cream cheese, (1/2 bar)
1 bunch spinach
chicken bullion
salt
garlic, chopped
pepper
vegetable oil
1/2 cups light milk
butter
Preparation

Squeeze the juice from the oranges in a bowl. Place the medallions and leave marinating 1 h or at least 30 minutes.
Mix cream cheese, spinach and milk, season with chicken broth and
ground garlic
.
Heat the cream with a little butter and reserve.
Season the medallions with salt and pepper, then brown them with a little oil on both sides.
Add the juice of the orange and cook covered until cooked.
Place the cream and on top of the medallion.
