2 salmon, in medallions
2 oranges
95 grams cream cheese, (1/2 stick)
1 bunch spinach
chicken bullion
salt
garlic, chopped
pepper
vegetable oil
1/2 cups light milk
butter
Preparation

Squeeze the juice from the oranges into a container. Place the medallions and let marinate for 1 hour or at least 30 minutes.
Mix the cream cheese, spinach, and milk, seasoning with chicken broth and garlic powder.
Heat the cream with a little butter and set aside.
Season the medallions with salt and pepper, then brown them with a little oil on both sides.
Add the orange juice and cook covered until done.
Place the cream and then the medallion on top.
