Salmon Medallions in Spinach Cream

Rich and healthy medallions in spinach cream, a delight to the palate.

  • 2 salmon, in medallions
  • 2 oranges
  • 95 grams cream cheese, (1/2 bar)
  • 1 bunch spinach
  • chicken bullion
  • salt
  • garlic, chopped
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cups light milk
  • butter

  • Squeeze the juice from the oranges in a bowl. Place the medallions and leave marinating 1 h or at least 30 minutes.
  • Mix cream cheese, spinach and milk, season with chicken broth and ground garlic .
  • Heat the cream with a little butter and reserve.
  • Season the medallions with salt and pepper, then brown them with a little oil on both sides.
  • Add the juice of the orange and cook covered until cooked.
  • Place the cream and on top of the medallion.
