2 salmon fillet, 200g each
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 tablespoons coarse salt
1/2 teaspoons pepper
1 tablespoon dill
1/2 teaspoons basil
1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon butter
1 avocado, for the sauce
1/4 cups basil, for the sauce
1 clove garlic, for the sauce
1 tablespoon lime juice, for the sauce
1/2 tablespoons olive oil, for the sauce
1/4 cups whipping cream, for the sauce
3/4 cups cow's milk, for the sauce
salt and pepper, for the sauce
dill, finely chopped, to decorate
lemon, sliced, to decorate

In a bowl, marinate the salmon with the olive oil, grain salt, pepper, dill, basil, and garlic for 30 minutes.
Heat a frying pan with the butter over medium heat and cook the previously marinated salmon for 10 minutes or to the desired term.
For the avocado sauce, blend all the ingredients until you have a smooth mixture. Reserve.
Serve the salmon on a plate and pour the sauce on top. Garnish with chopped dill and lemon wedges.
