1 jar Bogador® smoked salmon
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 tablespoons onion, cut into cubes
3 tablespoons lettuce, fine cut
1 tablespoon parsley
1 lemon juice
1 tablespoon olives
1/2 tablespoons oil
dressing, dressing, vinaigrette, sauce, or your preferred seasoning

In a bowl, add the salmon and mix it with the mayonnaise and lemon juice.
Prepare the onion chopped into small cubes, rinsing it with cold water along with a little salt and squeezing well.
Chop the parsley very finely and add it to the onion (to make the green sauce).
On a serving plate, place a bed of lettuce; on top, add a portion of salmon along with the green sauce. Decorate as desired.
