Salmon with Green Sauce

If you really like the taste of smoked salmon, this recipe is for you, with a special touch of a green sauce, you will like it.

  • 1 jar Bogador® smoked salmon
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons onion, cut into squares
  • 3 tablespoons lettuce, thin cut
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olives
  • 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • dressing, dressing, vinaigrette, sauce or the dressing of your preference

  • In a bowl add the salmon and tie it with the mayonnaise plus the lemon juice.
  • Prepare the chopped onion in small squares, passing it through cold water together with a little salt and squeeze well.
  • Chop the fine parsley and add it to the onion (to make the green sauce).
  • Place the lettuce bed on an entrance plate; on top add a portion of salmon with the green sauce. Decorate to taste.
