Salmon with Green Sauce

If you really love the taste of smoked salmon, this recipe is for you, with a special touch of green sauce, you'll like it.

  • 1 jar Bogador® smoked salmon
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons onion, cut into cubes
  • 3 tablespoons lettuce, fine cut
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olives
  • 1/2 tablespoons oil
  • dressing, dressing, vinaigrette, sauce, or your preferred seasoning

  • In a bowl, add the salmon and mix it with the mayonnaise and lemon juice.
  • Prepare the onion chopped into small cubes, rinsing it with cold water along with a little salt and squeezing well.
  • Chop the parsley very finely and add it to the onion (to make the green sauce).
  • On a serving plate, place a bed of lettuce; on top, add a portion of salmon along with the green sauce. Decorate as desired.
