Preparation
In a bowl add the salmon and tie it with the mayonnaise plus the lemon juice.
Prepare the chopped onion in small squares, passing it through cold water together with a little salt and squeeze well.
Chop the fine parsley and add it to the onion (to make the green sauce).
Place the lettuce bed on an entrance plate; on top add a portion of salmon with the green sauce. Decorate to taste.
