Blend the ingredients of the sauce until you get a homogeneous preparation, season to your liking and reserve.
In a pan over medium heat cook the garlic with the butter. Add the salmon, the white wine, the yellow lemon juice, the cilantro and the lemon slices. Season with salt and pepper, cover and cook to the point.
