Salmon with Nut Crust and Glazed Vegetables

  • In a bowl, mix the caramelized walnut with the pistachios, blueberries, and almonds.
  • Heat the butter in a pot over medium heat, add the Domino® Mascabado Sugar, white wine, lemon juice, and cook the mixture until it caramelizes and thickens.
  • Heat a large skillet with the butter and cook the carrots with the salmon until golden, pour the glaze and baste constantly. Serve on a plate with the yellow lemon, leafy vegetables, beetroot, and chili seeds.
