Salmon Wrapped with Zucchini

  • 3 pumpkins
  • 1 cup cherry tomato
  • 1/3 red onions
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon chile flakes
  • olive oil, in spray
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 salmon, slice cut into 200-gram pieces

  • Preheat the oven to 180° C.
  • On a wooden board, slice the zucchinis, halve the cherry tomatoes, and cut the onion into feathers.
  • In a bowl, mix the vegetables with thyme, oregano, garlic powder, chili flakes, and spray with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Place the vegetables on a sheet of aluminum foil, then place a salmon fillet on top and close the aluminum foil. Bake for 20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked.
  • Serve immediately.
