Scallops in White Wine

1 cup white wine
1 cup soy sauce
2 limes
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons ginger
olive oil
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste

In a bowl, pour the scallops with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Let them marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
To make a special sauce to accompany the scallops, mix the soy sauce, lime juice, honey, and ginger.
Finally, heat a skillet with a little oil, sear the scallops until they are slightly golden, and add the butter and white wine.
Lower the heat and let it cook for about 1 minute. Turn off the heat and serve immediately.
