In a bowl, pour the scallops with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Let them marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour. To make a special sauce to accompany the scallops, mix the soy sauce, lime juice, honey, and ginger. Finally, heat a skillet with a little oil, sear the scallops until they are slightly golden, and add the butter and white wine. Lower the heat and let it cook for about 1 minute.
