Grilled Scallops

Delicious grilled scallops that are perfect for hot weather or a beach vacation. They take little time to prepare and taste delicious.

  • 500 grams ax callus
  • 1/2 cups soy sauce
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 4 limes, its juice
  • paprika, to taste
  • piquín chiles, to taste
  • 1/2 cups olive oil

  • Clean the scallops and remove the white part that is tougher.
  • Make a sauce with olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, salt, pepper, chili piquín, and soy sauce.
  • Let the scallops marinate for 10 minutes.
  • Heat the grill.
  • Remove the scallops from the marinade and sprinkle a bit more paprika, salt, and pepper on them.
  • Cook on the grill and halfway through the cooking, add a bit of the marinade juice.
