Seared Scallops

Scallops are delicious seafood, but their preparation is key to avoid a rubbery texture. This recipe is very tasty and easy to make. Serve them with a good sauce, lemon slices, and toast.

  • 1 kilo ax callus, large
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cups lime
  • tostadas, for serving

  • In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat until very hot.
  • Add the scallops and season with salt. Cook the scallops for 2 minutes on each side.
  • Add the parsley, lemon juice; mix and remove from heat.
