1 kilo ax callus, large
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pinch salt
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
1/4 cups lime
tostadas, for serving

In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat until very hot.
Add the scallops and season with salt. Cook the scallops for 2 minutes on each side.
Add the parsley, lemon juice; mix and remove from heat.
