  • 500 grams spaghetti
  • 4 red beefsteak tomatoes, firm and ripe
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 100 grams butter
  • 2 tablespoons coarse salt
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 250 grams ax callus, fresh
  • 3 tablespoons chicken bullion

  • Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling water and add 2 tablespoons of coarse salt; let it cook for about 10 mins; Meanwhile, finely chop the garlic, onion, and parsley; previously washed and disinfected.

  • Taste the pasta and adjust the seasoning; add the scallops and the spaghetti, incorporating all the ingredients.
