1/2 kilos pink shrimp
1/2 kilos fish, prepared in ceviche
1/2 kilos octopus
190 grams cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
350 grams panela cheese, grated
1 kilo dough, white
3 potatoes, cooked and skinless
200 grams lard
1/2 lettuce, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoons pepper
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
100 grams panela cheese, for decoration

Mix the dough, the lard, the panela cheese, the potato, and the salt, and let it rest for two hours in the refrigerator.
Blend the oysters, sour cream, and cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Prepare the sopecitos and cook them on a griddle or a pan, then fry them with the lard. Remove the excess fat.
Mix all the seafood in a bowl.
To serve, spread the oyster cream over the sopes and place the seafood on top. Add lettuce, panela cheese, cream, and Tabasco sauce to taste.
