Seafood Sopes Spark

Seafood noodles with oyster dressing, delicious as they carry a mix of seafood varied in a creamy oyster sauce that makes them irresistible for lovers of sea food.

  • 1/2 kilos pink shrimp
  • 1/2 kilos fish, prepared in ceviche
  • 1/2 kilos octopus
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 350 grams panela cheese, grated
  • 1 kilo dough, white
  • 3 potatoes, Cooked and skinless
  • 200 grams lard
  • 1/2 lettuce, finely cut
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 100 grams panela cheese, to decorate

  • Mix the dough, butter, panela cheese, potato salt and let sit in the refrigerator for two hours.
  • Blend the oysters, the sour cream, the cream cheese. Salpimenta to taste.
  • Prepare the noodles and put them to cook on a comal or a pan, then fry them with the lard. Remove excess fat.
  • Mix all the seafood in a bowl.
  • To serve spread over the sopes the oyster cream and place the seafood on it. Add panela cheese, cream and tabasco sauce to taste.
