Seafood Sopecitos with oyster dressing, delicious as they contain a mix of various seafood in a creamy oyster sauce that makes them irresistible for seafood lovers.

  • Mix the dough, the lard, the panela cheese, the potato, and the salt, and let it rest for two hours in the refrigerator.
  • Blend the oysters, sour cream, and cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Prepare the sopecitos and cook them on a griddle or a pan, then fry them with the lard. Remove the excess fat.
  • Mix all the seafood in a bowl.
  • To serve, spread the oyster cream over the sopes and place the seafood on top. Add lettuce, panela cheese, cream, and Tabasco sauce to taste.
