Preparation
Mix the dough, butter, panela cheese, potato salt and let sit in the refrigerator for two hours.
Blend the oysters, the sour cream, the cream cheese. Salpimenta to taste.
Prepare the noodles and put them to cook on a comal or a pan, then fry them with the lard. Remove excess fat.
Mix all the seafood in a bowl.
To serve spread over the sopes the oyster cream and place the seafood on it. Add panela cheese, cream and tabasco sauce to taste.
