Seafood Stuffed Chiles

Poblano chiles stuffed with seafood. You will also crave stuffed chiles when you are at the beach.

2 Poblano chiles, for filling
250 grams Pam® Original, (seafood)
Manchego cheese
cream cheese
sour cream
mayonnaise
salsas, or chipotle cream

De-seed the chiles and open them on one side.
Put the seafood in the chopper until it resembles ground meat.
Mix the seafood with the mayonnaise and chipotle; you can use mayonnaise with chipotle.
Stuff the chiles.
Place a thin slice of manchego cheese and cream cheese on top.
Microwave them for approximately one to one and a half minutes.
Add cream on top of the chiles.
