Seafood Stuffed Chiles

Poblano chiles stuffed with seafood. You will also crave stuffed chiles when you are at the beach.

  • 2 Poblano chiles, for filling
  • 250 grams Pam® Original, (seafood)
  • Manchego cheese
  • cream cheese
  • sour cream
  • mayonnaise
  • salsas, or chipotle cream

  • De-seed the chiles and open them on one side.
  • Put the seafood in the chopper until it resembles ground meat.
  • Mix the seafood with the mayonnaise and chipotle; you can use mayonnaise with chipotle.
  • Stuff the chiles.
  • Place a thin slice of manchego cheese and cream cheese on top.
  • Microwave them for approximately one to one and a half minutes.
  • Add cream on top of the chiles.
