Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 poblano chiles, to fill
  • 250 grams Pam® Original, (Mariscada)
  • Manchego cheese
  • cream cheeses
  • cream
  • mayonnaise
  • sauces, or chipotle cream

Preparation

Defleam the chiles and open them on one side.
Put the seafood in the mincer, until it is like "ground beef"
Mix the seafood platter with the mayonnaise and chipotle, you can use mayonnaise with chipotle.
Fill the chiles.
Top with a thin slice of Manchego cheese and cream cheese.
Put them on the mic for about a minute to a minute and a half.
Add the cream on top of the chiles.
