Seafood Tower

Try this incredible seafood tower, a novel dish and a great option to share at family gatherings or with friends. The best part is that the combination of fresh ingredients with the sauce is simply irresistible.

  • 2 cups ax callus, in thin slices
  • 2 cups medium-sized shrimp, cleaned and butterflied
  • 1/2 cups lime juice, for marinating
  • salt, for marinating
  • pepper, for marinating
  • 1 cup lime juice
  • 1 cup black hot sauce
  • 1 cup Kermato® tomato clam juice
  • 1/4 cups hot sauce
  • 2 cups shrimp, cooked, cleaned
  • 2 cups octopus, cooked, sliced
  • 2 cups red onion, in thin strips
  • 2 cups cucumber, without shell, in half moons
  • avocado, sliced, for garnish
  • onion tempura, for garnish

  • Place the shrimp and scallop in a bowl. Add lemon, salt, and pepper to each. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Pour lemon juice, black sauce, Kermato®, and hot sauce into a bowl. Mix and set aside.
  • Place a ring on a flat plate, add a layer of cucumber, a layer of red onion, a layer of scallop, a layer of cooked shrimp, a layer of raw shrimp, and a layer of octopus. Use a spoon to compact the seafood tower and repeat the layers until the ring is completely filled. Finally, press down with a spoon and remove the ring.
  • Serve the seafood tower on the same plate, garnish with avocado and tempura onion, and drizzle with the sauce.
