1/2 kilos school shark, cooked and shredded with herbs
250 grams tomato , chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 plantains, chopped
100 grams nut , or chopped almonds
parsley , chopped
oil
salt
dry chicken broth or bouillon, for seasoning

Fry the garlic, onion, and oil; once the onion is translucent, add the tomato to sauté.
Once the tomato has changed color, add the plantain, nuts, or almonds to cook.
When the plantain is cooked, add the shredded shark to cook.
Season with salt and powdered consommé.
Finally, add the chopped parsley.
