Shark in Picadillo

Delicious mix of flavors that can be served as a main dish.

  • 1/2 kilos school shark, cooked and shredded with herbs
  • 250 grams tomato , chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 plantains, chopped
  • 100 grams nut , or chopped almonds
  • parsley , chopped
  • oil
  • salt
  • dry chicken broth or bouillon, for seasoning

  • Fry the garlic, onion, and oil; once the onion is translucent, add the tomato to sauté.
  • Once the tomato has changed color, add the plantain, nuts, or almonds to cook.
  • When the plantain is cooked, add the shredded shark to cook.
  • Season with salt and powdered consommé.
  • Finally, add the chopped parsley.
