This shrimp a la diabla recipe is very simple and easy to make. It consists of shrimp with a spicy sauce made from chipotle and ketchup.

Clean the shrimp by removing the shell and the vein.
Fry the shrimp in butter with a splash of oil to prevent the butter from burning until they are pink and slightly golden.
Add the ketchup and chipotle pepper to taste, and cook a little more.
Season with salt and pepper, not too much because the ketchup is salty.
Cook for about 5 minutes on low heat to prevent sticking.
Optional: Add a bit more butter for extra flavor.
