Shrimp Canapés on Celery

A delicious recipe to welcome your guests to your New Year’s dinner or cocktail.

  • 300 grams large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • In a deep bowl, mix the cream cheese with the green onions, tabasco, cilantro, and pepper.
  • Clean the celery stalks and cut them into pieces like in the photo.
  • Place 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese filling on each piece and set aside.
  • Take the shrimp and season with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  • In a very hot large skillet, sear the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side, making sure not to overcook them.
  • Place one shrimp on each celery piece with cheese, using toothpicks to keep them in place.
