300 grams large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 stick cream cheese
1/4 cups chives, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
4 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
pepper
6 tablespoons olive oil
salt

In a deep bowl, mix the cream cheese with the green onions, tabasco, cilantro, and pepper.
Clean the celery stalks and cut them into pieces like in the photo.
Place 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese filling on each piece and set aside.
Take the shrimp and season with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
In a very hot large skillet, sear the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side, making sure not to overcook them.
Place one shrimp on each celery piece with cheese, using toothpicks to keep them in place.
