Shrimp Ceviche with Mango

Delicious ceviche made with diced shrimp, mango, cilantro, red onion, lime, and Tabasco.

  • 1 slice shrimp, peeled, deveined and precooked
  • 2 mangoes, ripe diced
  • 1/4 cups fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1/2 red onions, chopped
  • 3 limes
  • Tabasco sauce
  • piquín chiles

  • Cut the shrimp into 1 cm pieces.
  • Finely chop the red onion, cilantro, and mango into cubes.
  • Add everything to the shrimp and soak in lime juice with half a tablespoon of Tabasco. Add a touch of chile piquin if available. Salt and pepper to taste and let chill in the refrigerator for one hour.
