Shrimp Ceviche with Mango

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 slice shrimp, peeled, deveined and pre-cooked
  • 2 mangos, ripe cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cups fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 1/2 red onions, chopped
  • 3 lemons
  • Tabasco sauces
  • pequin peppers

Preparation

Cut the shrimp into 1 cm pieces.
Chop the red onion finely, the cilantro and the mango in cubes.
Add everything to the shrimp and dip in lemon juice with half a tablespoon of tabasco. Put a touch of "chile piquin" if you have. Salt and pepper to taste and leave in the refrigerator to cool one hour.

me encantan los ceviches... y mas sison acidos le dan un toque agradableal paladar me gustaria que todas las rwecetas fueran mas especificas... me refiero als mas complicadas
