Preparation
Cut the shrimp into 1 cm pieces.
Chop the red onion finely, the cilantro and the mango in cubes.
Add everything to the shrimp and dip in lemon juice with half a tablespoon of tabasco. Put a touch of "chile piquin" if you have. Salt and pepper to taste and leave in the refrigerator to cool one hour.
