In a bowl, mix the tomato with the red onion, serrano pepper, cilantro, ketchup, Camaronazo® tomato and shrimp juice, lime juice, Maggi sauce, olive oil, Mexico Lindo® hot sauce, and pacotilla shrimp.
Season with Knorr® Shrimp Broth and carefully incorporate the avocado cubes, reserving some for decoration.
Serve in cocktail glasses and garnish with a bit of fresh cilantro and avocado. Accompany with crackers.
