Shrimp Enchilados Philadelphia®

  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 1 leaf bay
  • 1 can bell pepper, small
  • 1 cup tomato purée
  • salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 800 grams shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups dry white wine
  • 2 árbol chiles, seedless finely chopped

  • BLEND the tomato puree, bell pepper, and Kraft® Philadelphia® Light Cream Cheese.
  • HEAT in a saucepan with the bay leaf and season with salt and pepper. Boil for 5 min
  • HEAT the olive oil in a skillet and fry the garlic and onion until transparent.
  • ADD the shrimp and the árbol chili; sear for 2 min on each side.
  • POUR in the white wine and let it come to a boil.
  • ADD the tomato sauce and cheese and heat until boiling. Adjust the seasoning.
