190 grams cream cheese

1 can bell pepper, small
1 cup tomato purée

1 tablespoon olive oil
800 grams shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 onions, finely chopped
1/2 cups dry white wine
2 árbol chiles, seedless finely chopped

BLEND the tomato puree, bell pepper, and Kraft® Philadelphia® Light Cream Cheese.
HEAT in a saucepan with the bay leaf and season with salt and pepper. Boil for 5 min
HEAT the olive oil in a skillet and fry the garlic and onion until transparent.
ADD the shrimp and the árbol chili; sear for 2 min on each side.
POUR in the white wine and let it come to a boil.
ADD the tomato sauce and cheese and heat until boiling. Adjust the seasoning.
