Add the chipotle in adobo, the sour cream, the cream cheese and the garlic to the blender, blend until you get a smooth sauce. Reservation.
Heat a pan over medium heat with the oil, fry the garlic with the onion until they have a bright and transparent color, add the shrimp and the previously liquefied sauce. Season with Sea Salt Sal Sol® cooks about 10 minutes.
Serve with coriander and accompany with rice.
