Shrimp in Chipotle Sauce

Cook with us these rich shrimp in a creamy sauce of chipotle and cream cheese, seasoned with Sea Salt Sal Sol® that gives the perfect touch of seasoning to your shrimp. Accompany with white rice and you will have a delicious dish.

  • 1/2 cups chipotle chile in adobo sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 750 grams shrimp, clean and without head
  • fresh cilantro, whole and finely chopped to decorate

  • Add the chipotle in adobo, the sour cream, the cream cheese and the garlic to the blender, blend until you get a smooth sauce. Reservation.
  • Heat a pan over medium heat with the oil, fry the garlic with the onion until they have a bright and transparent color, add the shrimp and the previously liquefied sauce. Season with Sea Salt Sal Sol® cooks about 10 minutes.
  • Serve with coriander and accompany with rice.
