Add the chipotle in adobo, sour cream, cream cheese, and garlic to the blender, blend until you achieve a smooth sauce. Set aside.
Heat a skillet over medium heat with the oil, fry the garlic with the onion until they have a bright and transparent color, add the shrimp and the previously blended sauce. Season with Sal de Mar Sal Sol® and cook for about 10 minutes.
Serve with cilantro and accompany with rice.
