2000 grams shrimp, raw and headless
3 garlic, clove
125 grams onion, chopped
1/2 cups red bell pepper, in cubes
1/2 cups yellow bell pepper, in cubes
1 serrano chile, chopped
12 red beefsteak tomatoes, in cubes
5 grams thyme
1/4 cups fresh cilantro, chopped
1 teaspoon oregano
2 bay, leaves
3 tablespoons butter
50 milliliters olive oil
1/4 cups Tequila
2 grams salt
2 grams pepper

Wash, peel, and devein the shrimp.
In a pan, melt butter, pour in the shrimp, and let them color for 3 minutes and set aside.
In a pan, pour the tequila, and immediately bring it to a boil and pour it over the shrimp.
In a pot, heat the oil, fry the onion, add the garlic, peppers, and chilies, pour in the tomatoes, oregano, salt, pepper, and bay leaf.
Cover and let it boil for a few minutes, now add the sprig of thyme and let it simmer until the sauce is somewhat thick.
Pour the shrimp into the boiling sauce, add the cilantro, and wait for it to boil again for 3 to 5 minutes.
