Shrimp in Garlic Sauce with Habanero Dip

  • 8 cloves garlic, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 6 tablespoons Primavera® Cook With Salt margarine
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 4 tablespoons onion, chopped
  • 800 grams shrimp, peeled and cleaned
  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
  • 6 tablespoons Hellmann's® classic mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Habanero hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

  • Blend the garlic with half of the Margarina Primavera® Cooking without salt and the lime juice. Set aside.
  • Heat the remaining Margarina Primavera® Cooking without salt and sauté the onion with the shrimp until they slightly change color.
  • Pour the blended garlic and season with Knorr® Suiza Chicken Broth. Cook over medium-low heat for 3 to 5 minutes.
  • For the dip, mix Hellmann's® Classic with the sauce and lime juice.
  • Once the shrimp are ready, serve them with the habanero dip.
