Clean the vegetables and chop them. In a pan, sauté the peppers and chopped onion with olive oil. When they are tender, add the rice and mix. Immediately add the broth and let it cook.
In a separate pan, sauté the previously cleaned shrimp. Once cooked, add them to the rice, mix, and let cook for another 2 minutes. Remove and ready to serve.
