Shrimp Snack

A rich and simple shrimp snack with box bread and bacon.

  • 20 shrimp
  • 20 white breads, sliced
  • 20 strips bacon
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil, to fry

  • Cut the shrimp on the back and remove the strip without completely opening the shrimp. Season and reserve.
  • Cut the white bread with a moon cutter and spread the melted butter on one side only.
  • In a frying pan, fry the shrimp for 3 minutes with a little oil.
  • Place the shrimp on the pan and roll with a bacon strip.
  • Bake for 5 to 10 minutes or until the bread begins to toast.
