Shrimp Snack

A delicious and simple shrimp snack with bread and bacon.

  • 20 shrimp
  • 20 white breads, in slices
  • 20 strips bacon
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 teaspoon oil , for frying

  • Cut the shrimp along the back and remove the strip without fully opening the shrimp. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
  • Cut the white bread with a moon-shaped cutter and spread melted butter on one side only.
  • In a skillet, fry the shrimp for 3 minutes with a little oil.
  • Place the shrimp on the bread and wrap with a strip of bacon.
  • Bake for 5 to 10 minutes or until the bread starts to toast.
