A delicious and simple shrimp snack with bread and bacon.

20 white breads, in slices
20 strips bacon
1 stick unsalted butter
1 pinch pepper
1 teaspoon oil , for frying

Cut the shrimp along the back and remove the strip without fully opening the shrimp. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
Cut the white bread with a moon-shaped cutter and spread melted butter on one side only.
In a skillet, fry the shrimp for 3 minutes with a little oil.
Place the shrimp on the bread and wrap with a strip of bacon.
Bake for 5 to 10 minutes or until the bread starts to toast.
