20 shrimp
20 white breads, sliced
20 strips bacon
1 stick butter
1 pinch pepper
1 teaspoon vegetable oil, to fry

Cut the shrimp on the back and remove the strip without completely opening the shrimp. Season and reserve.
Cut the white bread with a moon cutter and spread the melted butter on one side only.
In a frying pan, fry the shrimp for 3 minutes with a little oil.
Place the shrimp on the pan and roll with a bacon strip.
Bake for 5 to 10 minutes or until the bread begins to toast.
