A rich and simple shrimp snack with box bread and bacon.

Ingredients

20 portions
  • 20 shrimps
  • 20 white breads, sliced
  • 20 strips bacon
  • 1 bar butter
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon oil, to fry

Preparation

Cut the shrimp along the loin and remove the plaster without completely opening the shrimp. Season and reserve.
Cut the white bread with a cutter in the shape of a moon and spread the melted butter on one side.
In a pan fry for 3 minutes with a little oil the shrimp.
Place the shrimp on the bread and roll with a bacon stripe.
Bake 5 to 10 minutes or until toasting begins.

PRESENTATION

Serve hot or cold and accompany with ketchup or dips.
