1 kilo shrimp, cleaned and peeled
1/2 cups butter
1 1/2 cups onion, chopped
1/2 cups celery
1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
2 cups button mushrooms
2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
2 pinches clove
1/2 cups water
1 tablespoon flour
1/3 cups wine
1/2 lime juice
1/4 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoons pepper

Melt the butter in a skillet.
Lightly fry all the vegetables including the parsley and cloves.
Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Add the water, flour, and wine, stirring continuously.
Then add the shrimp, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Mix well, cover, and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes.
