Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 kilo shrimp, clean and peeled
  • 1/2 cups butter
  • 1 1/2 cups onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cups celery
  • 1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cups mushroom
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 pinches whole clove
  • 1/2 cups Water
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/3 cups wine
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons black pepper

Preparation

Melt the butter in a pan.
Lightly fry all legumes including parsley and cloves.
Cook 5 minutes at medium heat, stirring incessantly.
Add the water, flour and wine, stirring constantly.
Add the shrimp, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Mix well, cover and simmer 8 to 10 minutes.
