Shrimp with Chile and Garlic

1 kilo shrimp, large, peeled and deveined
10 cloves garlic
1/4 tablespoons guajillo chile, chopped
1/2 tablespoons coarse salt
1/3 cups olive oil
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 slice lime, to decorate
parsley, to decorate

Brown the garlic, chili and salt in the olive oil in a skillet over low heat for 4-5 minutes.
Increase heat to medium heat and add shrimp, cook 3-4 minutes or until cooked.
Remove from heat, add the lemon juice and mix. Serve.
