1 kilo shrimp, large, peeled, and deveined
10 cloves garlic
1/4 tablespoons guajillo chile, chopped
1/2 tablespoons coarse salt
1/3 cups olive oil
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 slice lime, for garnish
parsley, for garnish

Sauté the garlic, chili, and salt in olive oil in a medium skillet over low heat for 4-5 minutes.
Increase the heat to medium and add the shrimp, cooking for 3-4 minutes or until cooked through.
Remove from heat, add the lemon juice, and toss. Serve.
