Shrimp with Chili and Garlic

These delicious and easy shrimp are seasoned with garlic, chili, olive oil, and lemon.

  • 1 kilo shrimp, large, peeled, and deveined
  • 10 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 tablespoons guajillo chile, chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoons coarse salt
  • 1/3 cups olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 slice lime, for garnish
  • parsley, for garnish

  • Sauté the garlic, chili, and salt in olive oil in a medium skillet over low heat for 4-5 minutes.
  • Increase the heat to medium and add the shrimp, cooking for 3-4 minutes or until cooked through.
  • Remove from heat, add the lemon juice, and toss. Serve.
