These rich and easy shrimp are seasoned with garlic, chili, olive oil and lemon.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 kilo shrimp, large, peeled and deveined
  • 10 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 tablespoons guajillo chili, chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoons coarse salt
  • 1/3 cups olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 slice lemon, to decorate
  • enough parsley, to decorate

Preparation

Brown garlic, chili and salt in olive oil in a skillet over low heat for 4-5 minutes.
Increase the heat to a medium heat and add the shrimp, cook for 3-4 minutes or until cooked.
Remove from heat, add lemon juice and mix. Serve

PRESENTATION

Arrange the shrimp in a serving dish and decorate with parsley and lemon slices.

TIPS

Do not overcook the shrimp if they are not sandy.
