1 cup Manchego cheese, in sticks
20 strips bacon, without fat
olive oil
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
1 cup sour cream
1 clove garlic
3 Jalapeño chiles, chopped

Peel the shrimp and season with salt and pepper.
Cut in half, filled with cheese and wrapped in bacon.
Heat a pan with oil and fry the shrimp on both sides.
For the sauce, blend all the ingredients (cream, jalapeño peppers, and garlic) and season. Serve underneath the shrimp.
