1/2 kilos shrimp
3 Poblano chiles, large
1/4 cups sour cream
1/2 teaspoons chicken bullion
fresh cilantro
1/2 cloves garlic
100 grams Chihuahua cheese
1 cup breadcrumbs, or crushed crackers

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Peel the shrimp and butterfly them.
Arrange them in a baking dish previously greased with butter.
Char the poblano peppers on a griddle and remove the seeds.
Place them in the blender with the cream, broth, a few cilantro leaves without the stems, and half of the garlic.
Blend everything and pour it into a baking dish, cover with aluminum foil, and place in the oven for 25 minutes.
Remove from the oven, uncover, and add Chihuahua cheese and a little bit of breadcrumbs or crushed crackers sprinkled on top.
Return to the oven uncovered for about 5 more minutes to melt the cheese.
