Fusilli with Shrimp

This will be a super special Lent when you prepare this delicious fusilli pasta with fresh shrimp; it will be spectacular!

  • 1 package fusilli pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 shallot, small, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 glasses dry white wine
  • 2 lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 1/2 kilos shrimp, peeled and cleaned
  • 1/3 cups fresh cilantro, freshly chopped
  • kosher salt

  • Prepare the pasta according to the package instructions and set aside.
  • While the pasta is cooking, you can prepare the rest. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the shallots and garlic until softened, then add the white wine, freshly squeezed lemon, and lemon pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes, add the shrimp and cook until they have changed color and are cooked through.
  • Add the pasta and chopped cilantro. Stir. Season with salt.
