Peel the prawns, use a knife to open the back of the seafood and rinse the vein out with water.
Heat the oil in a pan and add the garlic; when golden, add the bay leaf, garlic, and onion. Once the onion is golden, add the prawns and salt. Cover and reduce the heat, cooking for 7 minutes.
After this time, uncover, stir the prawns, and season with salt and pepper. Seven minutes later, uncover again, sprinkle with parsley, and drizzle with lemon juice.
