Garlic Shrimp Style Sinaloa

  • 2 kilos shrimp, for cocktail, peeled and cleaned
  • 1 sprig parsley, disinfected and stem removed, finely chopped

  • 1 head garlic, peeled
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • 10 limes, only the juice, strained
  • 5 zucchinis, cooked, cut into cubes

  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 500 grams mayonnaise
  • 1 can chipotle chile, small
  • 100 grams mustard
  • 100 grams honey

  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet and cook the shrimp, the lemon juice, the tomato, the parsley, the zucchini, and the finely chopped garlic head.
  • Blend the mayonnaise and the chipotle. Set aside.
  • Mix the mustard and honey. Set aside.
  • Serve the shrimp; accompany with the chipotle dressing or the mustard and honey dressing.
