3 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, sliced
2 guajillo chiles, cut into rings
1 1/2 cups shrimp
1 teaspoon oregano
salt and pepper
1 cup Parmesan cheese

Heat a pot over medium heat with water until it reaches boiling point, add the pasta, salt, and bay leaves, cook for 10 minutes or until al dente.
Heat a skillet over low heat with the oil and melt the butter, add the garlic slices, the guajillo chili, and cook until soft.
Add the shrimp and cook for 3 minutes, then add the pasta, season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
Serve with grated Parmesan cheese and enjoy.
