In a medium skillet, add 2 tablespoons of oil, the juice of 2 lemons, garlic, chili flakes, and lemon tea. Once the garlic is translucent, add the soda. After 2 minutes, lower the temperature to the minimum.
Clean the shrimp by removing the intestines. Using a toothpick, remove the intestine from the shrimp, which is located along the back of the crustacean (it is black, like a vein). Wash the shrimp under running water. Thread the shrimp onto two skewers and spray them with Oléico® Butter Flavor Spray. Add salt and pepper. Sprinkle with sugar.
Place the shrimp on a hot grill, searing them on both sides (1 minute per side). Pour the shrimp into the pan with the sauce you prepared and allow them to cook for an additional 5 minutes.
