5 cloves garlic
3 pasilla chiles, boiled and deveined
1/4 onions
3 oranges, its juice
1 lime, its juice
3 tomatoes, roasted
salt, to taste

For the marinade, blend the tomatoes with the garlic, pasilla chiles, onion, orange juice, lemon juice, and salt to taste.
Marinate the shrimp with the previous mixture and let it rest for 3 hours.
Insert the shrimp onto the skewers and grill until cooked on both sides.
Serve with a few drops of lemon, mayonnaise, and your preferred sauce.
