Shrimp and Surimi Snack with Jalapeño Dip

A creamy dip is always a hit, so you have to try this shrimp and surimi snack recipe with jalapeño dip made with Philadelphia® Original. Preparing it will only take you 20 minutes and it will be the perfect snack to enjoy on the weekend with friends.   • 1 cup pink shrimp, small
  • 1 cup surimi, in cubes
  • 1 cup bell pepper, colored in cubes
  • 1/4 cups lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt

  • 1 cup Philadelphia® cream cheese, Original
  • 1/2 cups red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups Jalapeño chile, (canned) seedless, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups potato chips, thinly sliced
  • 1 package Ritz® cookies, salty
  • potato chips, thinly sliced for decoration

  • In a bowl, mix the shrimp with the surimi, colored peppers, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • For the jalapeño dip, mix Philadelphia® Original cream cheese with red onion, garlic, jalapeño, and thinly sliced potato chips until fully combined.
  • Spread the Ritz® crackers with the jalapeño dip and add the shrimp and surimi mixture. Decorate with potato chips and enjoy.
