Shrimp Burger with Pineapple

Ideal for a grilling day, this shrimp burger has a delicious teriyaki flavor.   • 1 cup Manchego cheese, grated
  • 2 cups bacon, in strips and fried

  • In a bowl, place the avocado with lime juice, season with salt and pepper, and mash with a spoon until you achieve a puree. Set aside.
  • Mix the cleaned shrimp with the pepper and paprika evenly. Add the garlic, onion, habanero chili, honey, mint, and Kikkoman® Reduced Sodium Teriyaki Sauce. Incorporate the ingredients and marinate for 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • Pour the sesame oil over a hot grill pan. Place the marinated shrimp along with the onion rings, cook for 6 minutes and set aside.
  • Grill the pineapple slices on both sides in the same hot skillet. Set aside.
  • Place the bases of the hamburger buns on a greased tray, brush with butter, and place the cooked shrimp, cover with grated cheese, and gratin for 10 minutes in the oven at 180 °C.
  • Assemble your burger. Place the avocado puree over the shrimp with melted cheese; add the onion, pineapple, and fried bacon; cover. Serve with lettuce, tomato, and wedge fries. Enjoy!
