In a large bowl, place the shrimp, onion, tomatoes, chiles, and cilantro. Combine.
In a separate container, mix the lime juice with the oil, salt, pepper, and sauce very well.
Add the juice mixture to the shrimp and stir. Cover with plastic wrap and let marinate in the refrigerator for 45 minutes or until the shrimp have changed color.
Serve and garnish with lime quarters and corn tortilla chips.
