250 grams pink shrimp, cleaned and cooked
1/2 onions, finely chopped
1 tomato, diced
1/4 cups fresh cilantro, finely diced
2 limes, just the juice
1/2 cups celery, finely chopped
salt and pepper
400 milliliters tomato clam juice
Preparation
